Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee the company’s social media strategy and enhance its online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, and growing the brand’s online community. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and curate engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaigns.
  • Manage and grow the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with influencers, brand advocates, and other partners to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitors’ social media presence and trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
